Convenience, the double-edged sword

So it was that I booked my first ever IPPT test since I ord-ed in August 2003.

Really convenient, that I logged on to ns.sg and just clicked my way through... Test date? Wednesday sounds good.

Done.

And then...

I realised I haven't exercised since 2003. I suppose the 1 sit up every morning doesn't count huh.
