On Leave

Dear Blog,

I hereby serve notice of my intention to take leave from 25th February - 31st March as I will be away in KL for official duties. As I seem to have managed to procure myshelf a private serviced apartment at the Ascott, I suppose anyone who wishes to visit KL during that period could probably finagle free accomodation.

I'll miss certain persons.

Of Weirdness

Kena tag by a certain Ms FMQ, so here goes.

6 weird things about me.

1. I is very fond of using wrong grammar. I think I is not needed to give an example.
2. Other people have normal sized feet. I have bear paws, hence the need to fork out exorbitant sums of money for normal work shoes.
3. The last claw on both paws suffer from a genetic (oops) defect.
4. My weekend ends on Wednesdays. It starts on Thursdays. Hence, all week long I'm in the weekend mood and I feel happier. Unfortunately this happiness is getting harder and harder to maintain.
5. I took up salsa 'cos I was bored. Haven't stopped since.
6. I'm not interested in what you are. Just let me know who you are. What you are and what you have don't really impress me that much.

I give up on being considerate.

So screw it. Today onwards, I'm living just for me.

But I suppose one man's loss is another man's gain, so I'll take the time stuck at home to update this blog, which sadly doesn't see the same frequency of updates as before. Or happily, depending on your point of view.

Food-wise, slightly disappointing, perhaps we didn't know where to go. But something is wrong when your THIRD best meal in Bangkok is this:

By the way, kena con on the ice cream. They said its chocolate turtle, but try as I might I couldn't detect a single piece of turtle in it.
